This exclusive opportunity is perfect for the sports enthusiast and provides students with access to elite high-performance facilities and key industry experts in both sports, entertainment and & education.

Hosted at the CitiPower Centre (Junction Oval), you will undertake a one-year, full-time program studying a dual Diploma of Business & Diploma of Leadership and Management in a modern classroom environment.

In addition to the dual-diploma delivered by RMIT University, you will have the option to undertake the MCEA Cricket Performance Program as an elective.

Why study at the MCEA?

This unique diploma includes modules such as, business operations, digital marketing, communications, finance, leadership & many more. By completing these modules, students will receive a full credit for the first year of RMIT’s Bachelor of Business degree.

MCEA students will undertake 100 hours of real-life work experience alongside Cricket Victoria, Melbourne Stars, Melbourne Renegades and its partner network alongside an industry leading curriculum from RMIT University.

Students will gain exposure to the inner workings of various sports business teams such as cricket operations, fan engagement, membership operations, community engagement, marketing, media & communications and hosting events.
