Hosted at the CitiPower Centre (Junction Oval), you will undertake a one-year, full-time program studying a dual Diploma of Business & Diploma of Leadership and Management in a modern classroom environment.

About the qualification

Dual Diploma of Business and Diploma of Leadership and Management

This unique diploma includes modules such as business operations, digital marketing, communications, finance and leadership, providing students with a full credit for the first year of RMIT University’s Bachelor of Business degree.

MCEA students will undertake 100 hours of real-life work-experience across Cricket Victoria including Melbourne Stars and Melbourne Renegades and its partner network, alongside an industry leading curriculum from RMIT University. 

Students will gain exposure to the inner workings of various sports business teams such as cricket operations, fan engagement, membership operations, community engagement, marketing, media and communications, events, clinics and so much more. 

Entry Requirements

Current Year 12: Successful completion of an Australian Year 12 or equivalent certificate (including VCE, VCAL or VCE VM).

Non-Year 12: Completion of post-secondary studies or at least six months work experience.
